Péché Coquin rosé wine is done with three grape variatis: Cinsault, Grenache gris, Syrah
SOIL TYPES: Clay-limestone and limestone with blue
marl for the Syrah.
WINEMAKING: Early morning harvesting. Gentle
pressing for the 3 grape varieties followed by long,
low temperature fermentation. The wines are
blended after tasting.
TASTING NOTES: Pale hue. Crisp nose with wild
strawberry aromas on the palate.
